All orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will usually be shipped the same day on a next day service to most UK mainland addresses. For outlying areas of Scotland and non UK mainland addresses a next day courier service is not available, delivery will normally be 3 days to these areas.

Christmas and New Year delivery dates:

Any orders placed after Wednesday 23rd December will be packed on Monday 4th January for next day delivery. If in doubt, call us on 0115 946 1988, send us a message via our contact email form, or email us at sales@dustlesstechnologies.co.uk.

Delivery charges to mainland England, Scotland and Wales:

All orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday (weekend and Bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day) will usually be shipped the same day on a next day delivery service to addresses in England, much of Scotland (see next item below), and Wales mainland – arriving anytime from 8am to 6pm. Orders above £75.00 are delivered Free!!

Small orders (such as lightweight signs etc.) may also be sent by First Class post. Deliveries will usually be made between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and deliveries can arrive at any time between these periods.

Delivery charges to the other areas in the UK:

If your delivery address is in upper Scotland and Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland, (Postcodes HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-40, PH60, TR21-25, ZE, BT, JE, GY) the service will be a 3-5 day delivery and the cost (this is automatically calculated by your postcode/address) will be as follows:

International Deliveries:

We do not ship international orders via this website please call us on 0115 946 1988, send us a message via our contact email form, or email us at sales@dustlesstechnologies.co.uk to obtain a quote for international shipping fees.

Minimum order value:

No, we do not have a minimum order value. However, we do operate a minimum carriage paid order value of £75.00 for UK mainland addresses.

Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries:

Deliveries are not made at weekends or on Bank Holidays, expect by prior arrangement. We are only able to ship within the United Kingdom and we are not able to export outside of the UK.

Office Pick Up:

Sorry, but unfortunately not. Our office address is separate from the warehouse and no stock is held there. The warehouse uses modern inventory and logistics control and we cannot allow collections by individuals.

Stock Availablility:

Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. Where appropriate we may also supply similar goods of the same or higher value.

Receiving Deliveries:

All deliveries must be accepted and signed for by a representative of your company/organisation. If no one is available to sign for a delivery and the item has to be re-delivered by our courier service, we reserve the right to make a charge for the second delivery.

What happens if my delivery does not arrive the next day?:

Please allow up until 6.00pm – the cut-off time – for your delivery to arrive. Then call or email us with your order number and as much detail as you can give so that we can trace the package and get your goods to you. Please not that our courier service is extremely efficient but the occasional hiccup can occur and, although it is usually out of our control, we will do all we can to resolve the issue.

Bearing this in mind, if we are aware that there is a delay in the delivery of you order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
